Pearsall and beyond...

Most of our bees live on our 500 acre ranch around Pearsall, TX. The rest reside on leased land throughout South Texas. Our main floral is from the Guajillo bush that grows south of San Antonio. The honey that's produced has been prized in Texas for a long time. 'Guajillo honey is a light golden color. If it's dark... it ain't true Guajillo.' Consider yourself warned!
